I offer litigation support (consulting and expert witness testimony) services to law firms its attorneys and their clients in the following areas: -Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Reorganization -Economic Damages Calculations -Shareholder oppression -Family Law - Divorces -Mediation team member consultations -Financial Statement Misrepresentations -Internal control policies and procedures -Assistance with preparation of questions for interrogatories and depositions and evaluation and interpretation of interrogatories and depositions responses -Fraud Prevention, Detection and Response -Valuation The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) established the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential in 2008 for CPAs who specialize in forensic accounting. The CFF credential is granted exclusively to CPAs who successfully complete a 4 hour examination and who demonstrates considerable expertise in forensic accounting through their knowledge, skills, and experience. I earned my Certified in Financial Forensics credential in 2012.
